3. Return Request Timeline

Return or refund requests should be raised promptly after delivery with clear photos, order ID, and issue details. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging for approval.

4. Refund Process Timeline

After return pickup or product verification, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refund may be processed to your bank account details shared with support.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items returned without tags or in used condition.
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Requests raised after the allowed return reporting period.
